Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Password Folder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Dnyantra Tech Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use Password Folder on devices you own or control
• Use the application for personal or commercial purposes
• Make backup copies for archival purposes

License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the application
• Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the application for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or technical limitations

Pricing and Payment

Password Folder is offered as a one-time purchase of $24.99 USD.

• Payment is processed through the Mac App Store
• All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
• Refund requests must be made through the Mac App Store within 14 days of purchase
• No subscription fees or recurring charges

User Responsibilities

As a user of Password Folder, you are responsible for:

• Master Password Security: Choose a strong, unique master password and keep it secure
• Data Backup: Maintain your own backups of your data. We cannot recover lost data.
• Password Loss: If you lose your master password, your data cannot be recovered by anyone, including us
• Device Security: Maintain the physical and digital security of devices running the application
• Compliance: Ensure your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Data and Privacy

Password Folder operates entirely offline:

• All data is stored locally on your device
• We have no access to your data, passwords, or master password
• We cannot recover or reset your master password
• No data is transmitted to our servers or any third parties

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the application will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information

While we implement strong encryption and security measures, no security system is impenetrable. You use the application at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DNYANTRA TECH PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Loss of data due to forgotten master passwords
• Any third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application ($24.99 USD).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dnyantra Tech Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the application or violation of these Terms.

Updates and Modifications

We may update Password Folder from time to time:

• Updates may include bug fixes, security patches, and new features
• You are not required to install updates, but we strongly recommend it for security
• We may discontinue or modify features at any time without notice
• Major version updates may be offered as separate paid purchases

Termination

This license is effective until terminated:

• You may terminate by uninstalling the application and deleting all copies
• We may terminate if you breach these Terms
• Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dnyantra Tech Private Limited regarding the use of Password Folder.
